Jaime B. Fairfield First Call PA

Jaime grew up in Maine and graduated from Westbrook High School. She used to come into New England Cancer Specialists with her dad, who had Colon Cancer. She began her undergraduate degree in Florida at Eckerd College, and studied biology, pre-med. She moved home to be with her family at the end of her dad’s illness and finished her degree at USM. She worked as an EMT and an ED tech through college and decided to go to PA school. She went to UNE, and graduated in 2007. Given her love of emergency medicine and her personal history with oncology, she was able to work in both fields. She worked at the new Alfond Center for Cancer Care in Belgrade, ME and was per diem in the ED at Mercy Hospital and then Mid Coast Hospital. She came to work at New England Cancer Specialists in 2011, and moved to Cumberland to be closer to her family.

She is married to a wonderful man, and welcomed her beautiful son Grayson Reed in 2013. In her spare time she loves to visit the beaches and lakes, and tries to seek warm destinations over the cold winter months!
