This session concludes the 4-part Survivorship and Beyond series. Dr. Shazib is passionate about educating you and your family on what it means to be a cancer survivor and what that may look like for you as you visit less with your doctor as treatments come to an end. He will talk about the support system that is needed by friends and family and roles of preventative methods such as the importance of oral health evaluation for all cancer diagnoses post treatment. Dr. Shazib shares a young energy and enthusiasm, helping provide recourses for all his patients. Holly will end this session talking about the basics and benefits of integrative therapies such as reiki, yoga and meditation and how these can impact your continued survivorship. The day will conclude with a special meditation for all to enjoy.
